How can I track my orders?

Where Do You Make Shipments?
Our products are produced in Turkey, Latvia and the USA. For this reason, we ship from these 3 countries depending on the products you buy.
What is the Estimated Delivery Time?
Your orders will be delivered within 3-10 business days depending on the shipping country. Note that the customs regulations and densities of the countries may affect this situation.
Return of defective or deformed products
If you see a malfunction or deformation in the products you receive, you can send it to us within 20 working days. Or you can request a replacement for this product.
Which Products Are Not Refundable?
Intimate clothing (underwear and harnesses)
designer clothing (store-available leggings and skirts)
It is non-refundable as it is made specifically for you.
Do You Have Wholesale?
